Warranty

Our mission at TEMPLOS is to transform the way we consume products by creating exceptional quality items that stand the test of time. We stand behind our craftsmanship and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. If any part of your TEMPLOS item becomes non-functioning or defective, we will repair or replace it with a fully-functional item in the same or better condition. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

Please note that this warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. We encourage natural aging of our products, as high-quality materials like leather will develop a unique patina over time. However, if a defect or failure affects the core functionality of the product, we will stand behind it.

Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, and we reserve the right to inspect each case on a product-by-product basis. If you are unsure about whether your issue is covered by our warranty, please submit a ticket and we will do our best to help you.

Please note that while our lifetime warranty does not apply to apparel, we do guarantee it against manufacturer defects. At TEMPLOS, we are committed to keeping our products alive for as long as possible and to doing right by our customers.


WHAT LIFETIME WARRANTY COVERS

Our Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacturing defects and failures or breakages that render part or all of your product non-functional.

EXCLUSIONS

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or wear and tear, nor does it cover failures or breakages due to misuse, neglect, or intentional damage.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

This Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.

COVERAGE PERIOD

This Warranty lasts for as long as you own your Covered Item.

WARRANTY CLAIM

If your Covered Item is broken and needs repair or replacement, please click the link below and initiate your warranty claim. You will need to provide us with your original proof of purchase, a photo of the defective item, and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will review your claim and provide you with further instructions.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Repair or Replacement Process: If your claim is approved, we will either repair or replace your Covered Item with a fully-functional item in the same or better condition. Our repair or replacement service is free of charge. We will make every effort to repair your item first, before replacing it with a new one. The time frame for the repair or replacement process will depend on the extent of the damage and the availability of replacement parts.

EXCLUSIONS TO THE LIFETIME WARRANTY

We reserve the right to deny a warranty claim if we determine that the issue is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty. This includes issues resulting from normal wear and tear, alterations or modifications to the product, and damage caused by third-party repairs or services. We also reserve the right to make changes to this Lifetime Warranty at any time without prior notice.
